Credit-repair services are regulated at both federal and state level under the Credit Repair Organizations Act and state law, and describing a service as consulting does not change which rules apply. You always retain the right to dispute inaccurate information on your own credit report yourself, free of charge. These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement under which we deliver services. That is a separate written agreement provided before any work begins.

2. Information on this website

The content of this website is general information about our services. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation about any particular financial product or course of action.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee any specific credit score increase, the removal of any particular item from a credit report, or approval of any funding application. Results depend on the individual circumstances of each client, on the responses of credit bureaus and furnishers, and on the decisions of lenders. Any examples or descriptions on this site are illustrative of our process, not a promise of results.

4. Your rights regarding your credit

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, directly with the credit reporting agencies, at no cost. You have the right to obtain a copy of your credit report. Engaging us is a choice to have that work managed on your behalf, not a requirement.

5. Consultations

An initial consultation is provided free of charge and creates no obligation on either side. No services are performed and no fees are payable unless and until a written service agreement is in place.

6. Accuracy of information you give us

You agree that information you submit through this website is accurate and that you are entitled to submit it. Submitting another person's information without their authority is not permitted.

7. Third-party links

This website links to third-party sites, including social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

8. Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this website belong to Elevated Identities and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of liability
