Credit Consulting & Profile Improvement

About credit consulting and profile improvement

What does credit consulting actually involve?

We review your credit reports from the bureaus and identify entries that appear inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable. Those items are then disputed through a structured process, and we track how each one responds. It is administrative, methodical work, not a trick or a loophole.

Can you guarantee my score will go up?

No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Results depend on what is on your reports, how the bureaus and furnishers respond, and what else is happening in your financial life. We will tell you what we think is realistic for your profile before you commit to anything.

Can I dispute items myself?

Yes. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, directly with the credit bureaus, at no cost. Clients come to us for the review, the structure and the time it saves, not because the right is unavailable to them.

Can accurate negative information be removed?

No. Accurate, verifiable and timely information stays on your report until it ages off under the normal reporting timeframes. What can be challenged is information that is inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified.

How long does the process take?

It varies with the number of items involved and how quickly the bureaus and furnishers respond. Dispute investigations generally run on a cycle of around 30 to 45 days per round, and most profiles take more than one round. We will give you a realistic timeframe for your specific situation at consultation.

Funding

About funding

What kinds of funding do you help with?

Business and startup funding, personal funding, and strategic funding planning for growth or expansion. We work on identifying which routes suit your profile and what needs to be in place before you apply.

Do you lend the money yourselves?

No. We are a consulting and guidance service. We help you prepare, understand your options and approach funding from a stronger position. We are not the lender and we do not approve applications.

Should I fix my credit first, or apply for funding first?

Usually the profile work comes first, because applications made from a weak position can be both unsuccessful and costly to your report. Sequencing is one of the main things we look at during the consultation.

Tradelines

About authorized tradelines

What is an authorized user tradeline?

It is an existing credit account on which you are added as an authorized user. The account's history can then appear on your credit report. It is a tool with specific, limited uses, not a substitute for your own credit history.

Are tradelines right for everyone?

No. Whether a tradeline helps depends on what is already on your profile and what you are trying to achieve. Lenders also vary in how they weigh authorized user accounts. We will tell you honestly if we do not think it fits.
