Our process & client standards

How we work, what we commit to, and what we will not do.

How we work

The process, step by step

Every engagement follows the same four stages. You always know which stage you are at and what happens next.

Step 01

Consultation

A free, no-obligation conversation about your goal and your timeline. We explain what is realistic before you commit to anything, and you leave with a clear read on your position whether or not you go ahead.

Step 02

Review & plan

A comprehensive review of your credit reports and financial profile. We separate what is inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable from what is accurate and will remain, then set out the sequence of work.

Step 03

Execute

We carry out the agreed work: disputes where they are warranted, and strategy on utilization, account mix and reporting history. Funding readiness is planned alongside it, not after it.

Step 04

Update

You receive progress updates as items respond. Where something does not move, we tell you that too, along with what it means for the plan.

Client standards

What we commit to

  • We explain the process, the sequence and the limits before work begins
  • We tell you which items can realistically change and which cannot
  • Your reports and financial details are treated as confidential and used only for the work you have asked for
  • We put our fees and terms in writing before you commit
  • We tell you plainly that you may dispute inaccurate information yourself, at no cost
  • We answer the question you asked, including when the answer is no

Just as important

What we will not do

This industry has a reputation problem, and it was earned by firms that promised things nobody can deliver. We would rather be clear about the boundaries up front.

  • We do not guarantee a credit score, a score increase, or a funding approval
  • We do not claim accurate, current and verifiable information can be removed from your credit report
  • We do not advise clients to obtain a new credit identity or use a substitute identifying number in place of a Social Security number
  • We do not publish reviews we did not receive, or reviews a client has not approved for public use
  • We do not present tradelines as a substitute for the underlying work on your profile

Client reviews

Why there are no testimonials here yet

We are collecting written permission from clients before publishing their reviews. Until that is in hand, this page shows how we work instead. We would rather show you our standards than fill the space with reviews we cannot properly attribute.

If you have worked with us and would be willing to share your experience, we would be glad to hear from you.
